1.2. KP Pawn and Sales offers a variety of items including firearms, Yanmar tractors, tools, jewelry, estate sale items, gold/silver, electronics, and antiques.

2. Use of Services

2.1. By using KP Pawn and Sales services, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2.2. Our services and website are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

3. Transactions

3.1. All transactions conducted through KP Pawn and Sales are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3.2. Firearms transactions will comply with all relevant laws, including background checks and waiting periods as required by law.

3.3. All items are sold as-is, with no warranties or guarantees unless otherwise specified in writing.

4. Pawn Services

4.1. Items pawned must be owned outright by the person pawning the item. Proof of ownership may be required.

4.2. Loan terms and interest rates will be clearly outlined at the time of the pawn transaction. Failure to repay the loan according to the agreed terms may result in the forfeiture of the pawned item.

5. Estate Sales

5.1. KP Pawn and Sales provides estate sale services. Terms for these services will be outlined in a separate agreement specific to each estate sale.

5.2. Items purchased from estate sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the sale terms.

6. Pricing and Payment

6.1. All prices are subject to change without notice.

6.2. We accept various forms of payment including cash, credit cards, and other electronic payment methods. Payment terms will be clearly communicated at the point of sale.

7. Privacy Policy
